This take away is an absolute disgusting disgrace.
It used to be just ok, not much choice in Blessington, but its has gone to the dogs over the last year or so.
I did stop using it over the poor quality of the food for a while, and against my better judgment I decided to give it another go.
I collected a take away on my way home from work and I have to say the food was borderline inedible.
The final straw was when my wife discovered a long black hair in her food.
It was immediately put in the bin.
I returned to the restaurant at my first opportunity to raise the issue and was met with nothing but arrogance and hostility from staff that had absolutely no intention of dealing with this in a professional manner.
Despite the fact I had photos of the hair in the food, I was not believed and made to feel as if I was lying and trying some sort of scam.
All I wanted was a refund for my wife's meal.
The customer service in this place is as bad as the food, and I would strongly recommend you avoid it.
Having read some of the other reviews, it's apparent that this is not the first time human hair has ended up in people's food
I will be making a report to the food safety authority to highlight this issue and hopefully they will take the appropriate action.

Very disappointed we got 5 bags of spice bags and there was only 2 pieces chicken each in it. Was spoke to one of the staff about it but unfortunately he wasn't helpful at all. He told me this is normal. My question is why they charged you nearly €10 for a few chips.
